Some small issues with my mortgages

The bank is pretty good and I had no issues with them until now. I had a mortgage on autopay with the bank but occasionally they stopped it, why? Beyond that, they charged me for not paying it after. I was very surprised since I am a premier client but the customer support team upon contacting them apologized and refunded all wrong charges. I did not want to figure out what the issue was, since the only concern was to cover my mortgage. Now, everything works smoothly. I would recommend this bank but be prepared to face such issues from time to time. They are pretty common with my friends’ banks as well.
