I cannot recognize my favorite e-shop
I ordered with them for 10 years, and they were by far the best site when you look for quality and affordability until now. Yesterday, I called them to cancel my order (which should be pretty easy since they did not start the shipping) but their representative told me it was impossible without explaining the reasons why. When I asked to be redirected to the manager, she refused. Then, I decided to contact them through email, and they apologized because that lady was a trainee and did not know I was a regular client. I do not complain much because that poor lady probably just started her duties but much training on newbies is required for the best servicing.
