What I received — a pretty necklace without 2 gems. I called their customer support team to learn more about the issue. I wanted to ask for a refund but they told me it was fully a delivery issue, so they would resend me a brand new necklace. I agreed and within 1 week I received my necklace and one bracelet as a gift or a sign of apology. Thank you!
