I had a problem from the very start. I could not connect the domain with their hosting. I turned to their support team. They were friendly and polite. They talked to me in simple phrases. They were attentive and patient. Also, they gave me handy advice on WordPress. But the process took more than a week. Maybe that was my fault too as I could not answer quickly every time. But still that was too long. Also, I had to look through a few forum topics to understand the problem. In general, my experience was positive. But I am not sure they deserve 5 stars.
