I opened a account with this company ZAZMA back in November of 2013, I had such trouble understanding the company I forgot about it and never utilized there service. But they still had my account information on file (bank info ext). Fast forward to May 2014 I am doing business with a supplier based out of Atlanta I have done business with via paypal but they have decided to pay me this time with this company called "ZAZMA"… Sounded familiar but i totally forgot I tried opening this account months prior. The account rep contacted me to transfer the money into my account. I asked her if at that time could I change my account number, she informed me I could and I proceeded to do so. I was told I would receive the money in my account the next business day. The money never came. I contacted her and she informed me it had not been approved, she asked could she deposit it back into the original account on file. I contacted my bank to make sure this account was still available for deposits, it was and I told her to proceed. I changed the account info back she said it might take until the end of the weekend because it was a Friday. I understood… Monday comes no call no deposit. I call her to ask her what was the issue she stated she would call me back, no call ever happened. I went to logon to see if there was any updated info… nothing my account was closed. I called back again, this time no answer, I emailed, no answer… I was extremely frustrated and confused left with no answers or understanding of this company who now has my banking info on file but magically deletes my account??? I had to write a review because as a consumer and someone who is leery about the internet anyway I am upset and turned off. The women Catherine who was in contact with me from customer service was unprofessional, and it sounded like she worked from home and she was answering the calls from the bed. BEWARE THIS COMPANY MAY BE SUSPECT…
