You no longer make keys for your door locks. keyme does. and it is complicated to get a refund.not work half the time

why sell doorlocks if you have to go on line for a rebate if you have spare keys made and they donot work . in the future i will go to another store for my door locks and keys User's recommendation: donnot have keys made at menards.
