You have promised to fix the new TV but have not done so until today

Under your maxis fiber promotion you were supposed to change the modem and provide the 65" Samsung TV. However, until to date you have not attended to fix the TV. Its already more than 3 weeks now when you promised to do it within 10 days. Please let me know when can you come to install the TV. User's recommendation: When you promised to fix it in 10 days you should fix it.
