Seterus is as crooked and phony as it gets, yet the CFPB is actually a phony/pretend servicer who actually represents Seterus and many other phonies like Seterus- Shellpoint mtg. and now Nationstar who has recently chagned their name to Mr. Cooper!!! Nationstar, like Seterus, has had numerous complaints and lawsuits against them. Nationstar has spent millions on lawsuits they have lost and how they bought out crooked, corrupt Seterus! Nationstar allegedly bought out Washington Mutual who was bankrupt and you won't believe many of the executives of Nationstar aka Mr. Cooper!! Talk about full circle just check out these turkeys who used to work for Bank of America, Bear Sterns, and yes- even Washington Mutual. I had five (5)loans over between the years 2002 to 2009 that were supposedly originated and table funded by Countrwide Home loans. The loans were allegedly take over by Bank of America back in 2008 when the government under GES (Government Enterprises Servicers) then took over Fannie Mae and Freddie mac!! So sad how these crooked lendlers like Bank of America, Chase Bank, Citi, Wells Fargo and many others participated in one of the biggest Ponzi Scheme ever and forced millions of people from their property using forged, fabricated, phony, and robosigned documents using attorneys and "paper mills" to wrongfully foreclose on MILLIONS of us innocent Americans and fellow Veterans/ Niether the VA, the Presidents of the US (Obama and Trump) would lift a finger to do something about this terrible thing. Even Worse is people in the government and all of Congress will do nothing about this total injustice and complete travesty! Semper Fi.
