I ordered shoes in womens size 8, I received a battered and taped up package that contained two left shoes that were a womens size 6 and 10. The only information I can find about a return includes an 9$ return shipping fee but I cant get ahold of a human. Ive called several times throughout the day and send several emails. I know they are working with limited staff, but the SEVEN different advertising email I receive each day means someone is working there! So frustrated!! If you cant conduct business right now then close completely! User's recommendation: DO NOT order during lockdown, wait until they have someone available to help or you can go to stores again.
