On the phone call - the agent was aware that I was Canadian and calling Amazon Canada in the beginning of the call when she verified my address and STILL went ahead to discuss my issue and wasting my time when she eventually turned around to tell me that this is an Amazon Canada issue. For the record, this is the phone number that pops up for Amazon Canada when I Google it. Lastly, I asked her to transfer my call and she hung up on me. Very unpleasant service
