Update by user Oct 13, 2019 yes, it says I had the wrong link to the Coldwater Creek website do the message was not delivered. Original review posted by user Oct 12, 2019 I returned a scarf, and I received a refund for the price I paid for the scarf, minus the taxes they collected from me saying that they could not refund the taxes because they paid already paid the state of California the taxes. I have never encountered this problem with any other online clothing store.
