But, first, they needed to see our house. The appraisal cost $500. After that, we could not get in touch with them. And, in a few months, they told us that our request was declined. So, we just wasted several days and 5 hundred bucks! When I am reading so many reviews about them now, I am wondering why they have such a high score ― almost 9.0! Looks like they are scammers. Why wouldn’t I do some research on them before? Now, I would not recommend anyone turn to them! Stay away from these scammers! Otherwise, you risk losing both time and money.
