The customer service was awful. They are bascially salesman with no experience in this industry prior to working there. At least thats how it seemed. I know a lot about this and how it works as ive been through the process before, yet when asked simple questions. They couldn't provide an answer. And the hidden fees.. watch out for those. 20% of royalties is very high!
