Worthy customer service and understanding representative

This month my bill was rather high though my phone was out of service for 2 weeks. I didn’t understand how it could be so, and decided to contact a representative. When I told about the problem, a polite manager decided to return me money that was charged off because of the system failure. He treated me like he knew me and like I was his friend. This guy is doing his work well, and I hope that all the representatives in this company are always supportive and understanding. Were it not for this case, I would give you 5 stars.

Yes, when I overspend my limits, bill scares me, I have to monitor my traffic. Though it may just be a system failure, ha ha
