I bought a sweater in early November. Two months later it finally arrived, but I was extremely disappointed with it. I ordered a medium size, but the sweater I received was at least two sizes smaller than a regular medium. It was so tiny it was laughable! Not only that, but it arrived with a rather large hole and several stains. When I contacted Rosegal customer service I was told I had to sign into my account, but I apparently had no account, and nowhere did it have an option of creating an account. I checked their website, but could not find a phone number, so I simply gave up. Don't fall for their cheap prices, there are way better places to shop. Not worth the headache!
