Worst shop ever

worst shop ever.. i ordered a necklace for 50$ and they send a wrong one.. one that was uglyer and only costed 20$ i complained and asked for a refund.. after a lot of emails (theyr response time on fb or email is very long) they aggreed on a refund.. and few days...
