Worst Service and overprice on service. two weeks ago my drinking water stop working, did reach out local office in Texas, i was told that there is no Service Teach available till next 5 days, oh and there charges are $105 just to show up at my door + $85/hr minimum. after 5 days there Teach shows up and with in 15 min he was out replacing water tank, in few hours water stop working again, due to Thanksgiving week, i email them two-three time and left message its been over 2 weeks and i'm without drinking water in my house. I was thinking to recommend them as my family member bought new house, but with this incident, no way. There Filter cost is outrageous as well, was told by Sales person during signup $50/filter as there are two filters needs to replace every year, they are actually charging $75/per filter + $100 to come and replace so its costing $250 this hidden cost they are not telling upfront.
