First order was returned to them because of a broken with delivery Thinking my order was lost I reordered and paid and they used the first order and shipped . Now I have paid for two orders and received the wrong color letters. I finally had to place a third order and it still took twice to get the proper letters and numbers. How many people has this happened to. They get a zero in my books Another bad thing I am Canadian and had to pay the exchange. Shame on you Propatches
