WORST MONEY TRANSFER COMPANY PERIOD!

Where do I start. I used the service for the first time because my new credit union offers the service through my banking app. First off, they lie about the daily limit on their website, second, it’s not really a daily amount, it’s a day AFTER the freaking 4 day wait period to transfer AFTER they have already taken the money out of your account! My landlord STILL hasn’t received my rent payment which I sent 3 days early! When I called and talked to Popmoney to get some answers, the response was “we do not discuss limits or transaction details with the customer”. Really!!? They sure don’t have a problem taking your money and tying it up for DAYS! Worst company ever. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Use ZELLE or PayPal and your transfer takes only minutes, with WAY HIGHER LIMITS! This wanna be company should be shut down
