Pearl Harbor has the worst customer service ever I have been calling the company for 3 days because they mailed me out a check after my accident and the check was no good this company is the worst then I have been calling my adjuster to see what happed and he wouldn’t even call me back I have been calling this disaster of a insurance company for the past 3 days at different times during the work day and left several voicemails and it’s just a hassle they make life very complicated when doing business with them and they don’t like to pay out obviously , so yeah I will be canceling my policy next month they are truley the worst car insurance that I have been with I will never do Buisness with them after this again hope I can help someone avoid all the frustration I felt just choose any other company but this one.
