I visited this place for the second time in a year..Had a not so good experience the first time...But decided to give them a second chance..I went on Saturday to Empire to get my roots touched up and a hair trim. They tried a new product on my hair.Well to say the least,after I was there for 5 hours,my hair never looked more horrible..It is 4 different colors,fried and left me in total tears...Not only did they make my hair look horrible 5 grueling hours later,but also ruined my 30.00 shirt by getting me drenched with water and the many different chemicals they destroyed my hair with...They did offer me other services ,but I am very adamant and have been since that day that I will never ever go back there..And to add to it ,not only did they give me a *** poor service,but also still charged me for that *** service that left me in tears..Talk about adding insult to injury..
