I want to say some words about amrapali group that Amrapali Group does have any responsibility to provide the services, security to their residents. They Announce the biggest builders in the market but the fact is that they are the biggest theives in the market now a days -- In Amrapali Royal within 1 and a Half years there are 6 incidents occured of stealing / Robbery. In which Lacs of Rupees are being looted from residents. Nobody cares there, there is no security. Guards are restless, they does not perform their duties well. They never enquired the Persons who are entering to the society. To our utter surprise it seems Amrapali Group has no sympathy with the residents of society developed by you, as no responsible official / Director has come to meet / apologise to us. We are paying a sum of Rs 2850/- every month to Amrapali as part of maintenance, security & for other facilities being provided by you. Hence, it becomes your responsibility to take the burden of our loss otherwise you have no right to take monthly charges from the residents of the society. The security of Amrapali Royal is being managed by Amrapali management. As is clear from the CCTV footage, the suspects entered the society in front of your guards, came inside and conveniently did the robbery. We have enough proofs CCTV Footage / photos which depicts carelessness of your security systems to prove that this Incident occurred due to the negligence of your staff. We want to question the quality and kind of security being provided to the residents? If the residents are not safe in the daytime then what is the need to pay such a hefty maintenance and security fee? Which means that Amrapali Royal residents are not safe in the day time itself and we cannot leave our houses unattended even for 2-3 Hours. Please consider this as a legal notice to you that either reimburse the loss occurred to us due to the theft held in our flat on 29 Oct 2010 i.e The Total loss is around 5 Lakhs OR return the monthly charges being paid by us since last 20 months. In case of no response within a fortnight, we will file a civil as well as consumer forum case for a legal action in the court of law at your cost & expenses for the reimbursement of our loss. We are also in touch with national news channels and newspapers to take up this issue against the Amrapali Group as a whole.
