Worst customer service to a vf employee vans premium outlets Orlando fl

I have been a employee for northface for four years barely used my vans discount went to buy gifts for family got declined they said it’s bulk none of the sizes were the same had 14 pairs I’m an employee we aren’t even allowed to resale we signed a contract so why wouldn’t I know this I said ok I’ll buy just one or two Jon martinez district manager said nope I’m declining your whole purchase you’re not buying anything then continued to say this can be fraud and that he has to contact loss prevention what an embarrassment customers looking at me going back and fourth asking for a reason I’m being declined my discount I work hard for mind you my family picked sizes I needed bcuz I was working I needed help with gifts as they were declined when I walked in after they held them on hold so mind you they declined even without them knowing I was an employee I had five people with me took pick gifts so 14 pairs a lot??????? For two families if they were going to pay them selves this is total discrimination next day I went purchased two pairs with a black manager I had no problem I explained what happened and was told Hiram always starts problems in that store with clients came at night after my shift to buy five more white lay started kawash started giving me problem had me wait 20 minutes called district manager for him to tell her this will be the last time I purchase there WHATTTTTTTTT ASSSSSSS A EMPLOYEE THIS IS HOW VANS ON VINELAND PREMIUM OUTLETS ORLANDO FL TREAT THEIR ASSOCIATES ITS OUTRAGEOUS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!TREATING ME LIKE A CRIMINAL I FELT VERY BELITTLED, BY A COMPANY I DEVOTED 4 almost 5 YEARS TOOOOOOO !!!!!! SHOWS DISCRIMINATION IF I CLEARLY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH BLACK MANAGER RINGKNG ME OUT BUT BOTH WHITE MANAGERS OTHER RACE DICRIMATED ME !!!!!!!RACISTS Contacted customer service complaint center NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK ALSO DISTRICT MANAGER ALSO DIDNT GET ANY OF MY INFORMATION DOWN SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY VALUE EMPLOYEES ALSO NO CALL FROM HIGHER UPS SMH WORST EXPERIENCE IM GLAD AT THE NORTHFACE WE VALUE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS GREATLY
