Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced online, deserves a review

Order the wrong part, attempted to contact them 5 times the next day. Spent 1 hours on hold, no one answered. Called again later, spent 10 mins on hold no one answered. Called again, on hold for 35 minutes no one answered. Sent an email to jegs@***.jegs.com, no one responded after waiting over a week. Went on their website under contact us, no email for support. Filled out an "ask the expert" just to try to get a hold of anyone, they replied 8 days later, even after it insults you and says someone will respond within 24 hours. Seriously, this company has to be a scam. I ended up filing a complain with Paypal and got my money back. They didn't hesitate to return my money, almost wonder if they are familiar with JEGs... User's recommendation: Don't order from them, even if they save you tons of money. It's not worth the time, or headache.
