We started having issues with our Spectrum Cable Service months ago, I personally went and got a "new" modem/router from their local office, and immediately had problems. Called them and let them know what was happening, so they sent out a tech to inspect the wiring in the house, and check to ensure I had connected the box correctly, (4 wires, pretty difficult to connect), tech said all was good, and left. Not 5 minutes after he left same issue started up again, called again, and again, and had to endure numerous times for their so called Techs to come out, and inspect all the wiring in our house to tell us nothing is wrong. One of their techs did say that the signal out to our box on the pole was weak, and said he would let them know. Well long story short, we had enough, and went with another provider, they are still sending us bills that we have to call, and tell them we have not had their service for months. NOBODY AT SPECTRUM DOES THEIR JOB, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
