I saw there are a few bad ratings so I thought I would give my experience. Been using it for a while now. Used to pay a lot for professional answering service for after hours emergencies. Now I get the messages instantly to my phone by email for $5/month. It stopped working once and at first I was a little upset that there was no one to call but I opened a help ticket on the website and someone got right back to me via there ticket system. They stayed in contact via email while trouble shooting which actually turned out to be way more convenient for me than a bunch of phone calls. They got it back up in a couple of hours and has been working great ever since.
