Wish I could give negative star

Started this cluster experience July 5, 2018. At first seemed OK, took the long side of promised time, but part showed up and tech installed, unfortunately breaking another part of the fridge. Nightmare began. Finally fixed that part and temperature wouldn’t hold. Called them back and, of course, it was a different problem needing more $$ and more time. Still didn’t work, finally got tech out, part supposedly faulty. Ordered part again, must have sent it on the slowest boat from China. At least four but I think closer to 6 weeks later, part is in. Tech schedules visit, doesn’t show. At least calls to reschedule, doesn’t show, doesn’t call now have gone weeks no word. 6 MONTHS, messing with this, over $700 spent, no working refrigerator!
