Wireless absolutely……Digital Life NOT AT ALL!!!!

In 2016 we had service installed and the installer took out half the electrical in my upstairs, had to have an electrician fix it. Paid for 4 months but service didn't always work, alarm did not go off when daughter had a kitchen accident, thermostat didn't work correctly, cameras not pointed to see things etc. Called in late in the year and told them I would pay when service was corrected. New tech was great. Thought things were okay. Service never worked!!! I had uninstalled equipment. Fast forward to December and getting gifts...we find out that they have charged us for 4 months of service unpaid at 60 a month and 560 for equipment for an early termination after my call years prior! This disabled us from being able to add lines to our wireless account. The only numbers available are based in the Philipines and I was told on 12/24 we would have a resolution by 12/30 and that they would request charges be absolved. Reese, Raoul, another person whom I could not pronounce her name as well as someone identified as a manager by the name of Ashley offered me an address to write my frustration. Told me no other numbers are available and that there are no emails. I was told today that it is now 30 days and it is still being processed. In the last 2 and half years I had my brother in law pass away, 4 in college, one in high school, 2 car accidents and husband was in the hospital twice. I feel like no one listens and they just want you to leave them alone. Service was awful...all we wanted was for it to work!!!! Customer service is nonexistent and enough to cause an anxiety attack.
