I was supposed to have my bachelorette trip in Nashville March 26-30. Obviously all of that changed with the corona virus. This company is refusing to return our money. They offered a credit towards the same property within a year. Well needless to say i wont need to go to Nashville any longer. I would like my money back. The exact same property was available on Airbnb... if I had booked through there I would have received my money back because they are doing the RIGHT thing! This is not just some minor reason to cancel. We are actually banned from traveling. Shame on this company! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!
