I went to ABC Warehouse at the Novi location. I purchased a refrigerator and paid it in full. The following week a refrigerator came but not the one that I wanted. I called and the sales person that helped me out looked up my order and said oh I typed in the wrong letter are you sure you dont like the one they delivered. I said no I want what I ordered. The refrigerator that I ordered had to be customed ordered and he read that right off the computer. Now the nightmare starts. I had to hold on to the refrigerator that they deliver for a whole week. This frig sat in the middle of my kitchen(I live in a modular home) before they could pick it up(I work during the week). In the mean time the sales person said that he ordered the right one and I asked him how long does it take for custom orders he said 2 weeks. Two weeks went by still NO frig. Last Saturday April 14th I went in to ABC Warehouse to talk to the manager and told him what happened. He looked at my order online and said that it would be in on Monday. Set up a date for delivery for today April 20th got a call last night they said that the delivery had to be posponed unil the 24th. I asked the manager what compensation are you going to give me and what does he say well I dont know but we will do something for you. He will not tell me and I gave them a check for the full amount plus a 5 year protection plan.
