Will not communicate to solve simple issue. lost , apartment, credit rating, and closing of bank account.

I have beemn a customer for years and i was having a terrible financial setback due to change in medical insuarance. Being the responsible consumer i paid my electric bill early and used the phone to do it. The phone system asked " would you like to pay using the credit card you have on file?" I was glad it said credit card as i had paid my credit card to be able to have access to the funds leaving a few dollars in my checking acct. it did not say ending in#### but said credit. the next day i went to deposit a check and was told my balance was negative 100+ $. THIS WAS AROUND THE 10TH OF THE MONTH IT IS NOW THE 26TH AND THEY WILL NOT TALK TO ME, NOW I HAVE SLID ON MY CREDIT REPORT, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AND I AM BEING EVICTED AND UNABLE TO PAY FOR FOOD OR my medications. i have been told daily they will call me and i wait with no call. That is the worst experience i have ever had with any company!! do not ever use these thankless jerks unless you dont care about ending up on skid row!
