The recording will not forward you to a person, keeps asking if your account is frozen, then say they can not provide the information. Totally useless. The same useless telephone number all over the internet. User's recommendation: Do not use Experian or Transunion. Will not correct errors on your report even Transunion is 100 points than my . Affecting my house mortgage.other report.
