Why I cancelled the Bee

I rec'd the Sacramento Bee for many, many years. But my paper was being throw in puddles and although I called to report it, it wasn't being replaced. So I cancelled it! Now I decided to accept the promotion that had been offered to me over the phone. It was supposed to have started on June 1st. No paper was delivered on the 1st or the 2nd of June. I called and reported it on Sunday morning and was told there were probrably no extra papers available.So after not receiving the paper in ten years why did I even start it again. This is not the way to start a new service. I wasn't a happy camper. So now I am ready to cancel the service I never received. Thanks but no thanks.
