Where is my confirmation and CD?

On January 13, 2019, I ordered on line a CD of Tom Jones. I never received a confirmation email as it stated that I would. Now I can't verify my order however the cost of the CD has been charged to my account. My name is Estella R. Chavarria, address 225 W. Santa Clara Street, Suite 1500, San Jose, CA 95113.
