What’s going on here?

For quite a few months have gotten chicken tough & chewy. We always use to buy chicken breasts skin on bone in. If we put them on the grill really juicy tender, even if we didn't eat the skin. I use to buy only Perdue chicken. I also realized they weren't selling...
