I just went to Plato’s Closet and was told it would be a 45min to a hour wait on my items to be sorted through. I came back a hour later, just in case my phone wasn’t updating with texts.. to find my items still not sorted. The girls talking amongst each other, continuously going back to my items, look at the tag, and walk passed to go back to talking to her coworkers. I waited for them to finally go through my bag. Dumped everything out, moved some clothes out of the way, picked up one shirt, and shoved the rest back into my bag. Not folded, trying to shove it down so the lid would close. 1.5hrs for 1 item. At check out, the girl who sorted my items wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She kept reading off of a script or something behind the counter. Another time I went, they took about 15 articles of clothing (shirts, pants, jackets, etc) to only give me $10. Not even a $1 per item. What the heck is going on? I’m never going back to Plato’s. Wtf
