Western Union rip off

I have used Western Union for over 15 years and have lost over US$30,000 in their hands, yet, it is fast and the fee is small. By law they have to present a record of your transactions and again I am facing fraud from this company. I have asked for records of a few years of transactions. By las I am entitled to 5 years of transactions, yet they give me 5 months of records only. User's recommendation: the convenience is i is not worthy the stealing.
