Website horrific to navigate and defective merchandise

bought a Groupon which led me to website which was EXTREMELY hard to navigate and download images to create a photo album. received the 3 albums purchased and on 4 or more pages photos were not set right and images were cut off and couldn't see people's faces. it was embarrassing to give as gifts and have tried several times for customer service to assist me in remaking and receiving new albums with no DEFECTS!!!!
