The app always seems to be NOT working. Wasted many hours and updates trying to fix it. Bad Customer service does not help. I already changed 3 qsee systems (DVR and cameras). Every system had issues with the app not working while trying to view remotely. Works for few days then stopped working. They it will work again then stopped. Dont work 90% of the time. Keep away. Also, they dont want to speak with old customer, they are not interested. This company needs to take responsibility of the product and services they are offering. For the 1st time I bought a camera system not made by qsee and the app is superior and even though it cost less than qsee product the cameras are better.
