i called the one in evansville to see what the process was they said bring your clothes in and we will go through them then i get here and tell me i have to drop off and come back well i live a hour and a half away and that not what i was told the store manager was awesome she wasnt even there and took care of it asfar asthe rest of the staff i would fire they were rude and acted like they dodnt care if i was there or not customer service was *** and i wouldnt refer anybody to this store
