Update by user Feb 05, 2019 Never received any communication from this company. It is clear that they sell you a very expensive product and do NOTHING TO COVER THE WARRANTY. The parent company is in Las Vegas. No communication from them either. Buyer beware. The sales staff will tell you Anything to get you to buy their product but they never backup anythingSouth Sea Spa warranty is handled in Phoenix, AZ. Original review posted by user Jan 06, 2019 Bought our NEW HOT TUB at a home show. About 4-5 month's after having it installed we started to have error codes. For the next 4 months we called about 3 times a month. We did EVERYTHING we were told to do, but we KEPT getting the same error codes. We were told "IF WE COME OUT TO SERVICE THE TUB AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOMETHING THE HOT TUB OWNER COULD HAVE FIXED YOU WILL BE CHARGED A SERVICE CALL FEE. What kind of warranty and customer service is that? Extremely rude staff and disrespectful.
