Warranty team will ignore you!!

We have an issue with water pressure/volume in the master bathroom faucets for the past two years. We also had an issue with the shower volume, a request was submitted and the warranty dept sent plumbers out and they determined that the water line that was installed when the home was build was crushed by the weight of the home for uncertain reasons, they had to run a new line through the attic and down to the shower due to very weak pressure, that issue was resolved. We are having the EXACT same issue with the two faucets in the master bathroom. I feel the lines there are crushed as well. I have put in numerous requests with the warranty dept. They told me twice (without sending anyone out) that its the aerator that needs to be cleaned. I informed them that those were removed over a year ago and the flow volume is the same. Now they just ignore my request, I have sent pics to show them the water volume, and they don't even reply. We have had numerous issues since buying this home two years ago. Just send out a service call to look at the issue!
