Sir, I am owner of Maruti cars since 1995. I have car licence since 1978 and am driving cars since then. First time I owned 1985 model Maruti 800 from 1995 till may 2002. In May 2002, I have purchased maruti 800 Model riveria red car and used it till June, 10. On 17th June 2010, I have purchased Waganor LXI, Euro 4 car from ACER Motors through Carnation. On 14th Oct 2011, my car stooped on road while driving. I had to get the car towed to Acer service center located in thrimalghery, Secunderabad. I have warranty for 4 years on this car. My car covered around 9900 Kms only since date of purchase. I was told that Clutch assembly need to be replaced as it is worn out. ACER attributed the faulty due to wear and tear and this will cost around Rupees Five thousand as it is not covered under warranty. Here, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have changed clutch assembly in my previous car only after six years of usage and that to after covering about 4oooo KMS. Both cars are run in Hyderabad traffic only. I want to reiterate that I only drive my my car and I donot allow others to drive my car. I have already lodge complaint through toll free no and complaint no being: [protected] dated 15-10-11. Finally collected back my car after paying Rs 4010 to acer for the part replacement. Customer ID: I104159685 Invoice no: BR11011931 dated 15-10-11 I have a feeling that the clutch failure may be due to bad part usage and not related my driving. In view of this, you are requested to arrange to reimburse my amount at the earliest. My car particulars: Wagnor Lxi. Euro 4 complaint. Chasis No: 122775 Car No AP 29AM 0323.
