Worx is NOT fulfilling their warranty obligations. I have a drill for which batteries were warrantied for 20 years. Guess what? When the batteries stopped working, I reached out to the cust. serv. for replacement (April 1 of this year). They came up with a solution that was satisfactory, but... It's mid-August, and all I have is promises, lots of them, and a tool that I couldn't use for 4.5 months. They stopped responding to my emails so I guess I will have to check the legal terms of that warranty now and file the complaint with the courts. User's recommendation: ignore the warranty promises - they will not be honored.
