Warranty claim Fantasia

I started using my fantasia dishes everyday. We built a new house with top of the line appliances. We have lived here 4 years now and only these dishes have a white film on them. I have a set of 12 of Dinner plates, luncheonplates, bowls, salad/soup bowls. So disappointed in the quality. I paid a lot of money for these. Can you help me out in getting them replaced?
