This is to warn others not to buy anything from HP. Three years ago I saw what I thought was a very good deal for an HP computer on one of the T.V. shopping channels. I don't remember exactly how much I paid. I think it was $900 and change. A few years before that I bought an HP printer. WARNING, DON'T BUY AN HP PRODUCT EVER! From almost the day I bought both these things, they were temperamental. Meaning, sometimes they worked, and sometimes they didn't. I was very busy at the time and I needed to have the availability of both the computer, and printer, I thought I could handle the unreliability, so I purchased their tech support if I got really stuck for $14.99 monthly. Their tech support wasn't reliable as well. I had to call for tech support constantly because there were continuous problems with the computer Sometimes, the person on the phone was competent, but many times not. Sometimes they were even arrogant. I've paid for that support for three years, so it became quite costly. I've had to send the computer back one time as well. As for the printer sometimes it prints and sometimes it doesn't. Usually if you wait a few hours it will print again, sometimes you have to wait a day or two. I've had many companies computers and printers. This is the very worst I've every had! Do not buy any product from this company! DON'T ACCEPT ONE, IF THEY WANT TO GIVE IT TO YOU!! You will end up pulling your hair out of your head with frustration. Be kind to yourself don't get involved with their products! User's recommendation: Don't buy their products. Don't take it even if they want to give it to you!
