Wallet balance problem

I transferred 2000 from my axis bank account to PhonePe wallet on 10th July 2021. On 13th July my wallet balance disappeared. Please let me know how to get my balance back to my wallet? User's recommendation: I am getting daily many fraudulent calls and messages message from PhonePe. So 3days I blocked my account. But 3 days later balance disappeared.
