Second, a little addition she has to the standard Realtor rental agreement, in which she bilks you out of $200 for any claim against your deposit. Her MO is to get you to sign this rider to the agreement and charges you for $25 "cleaning fee" for anything she can think of, and then tacks that $200 "service charge" onto it. Theoretically, if there is a $1 claim against your deposit, she gets $200 no matter what. What an unethical scam. Avoid her and her company like the plague. There are a lot more reputable agencies in Wakulla County.
