DMV worker recommended this "company" to request a state approved birth cert. I paid in full upfront on 05/02/2017. The cert should've been received within 10 days. It's now 05/20/2017 and I've received nothing. Cutomer service? There is none. Just a "please wait your call is important to us" recording that I had running on my speaker phone for 1 hour and 30 minutes while I did other work. This is probably lost money now. I should bill the DMV employee who recommended this service - never again will I listen to their advice. And how the hell can this be a LexisNexis company? I thought LN was reputable. Unbelievable and never again.
