I have made a purchase for 5 tickets to rugby sevens event in Cape Town on the Viagogo platform. You click on how many tickets to want, in my case it was 5. The price advertised is shown clearly in bold (R1375.00). One would assume that this is the total price for 5 tickets. Only to see in a grey box in small print that is per ticket The total value came to R8675.00, talk about a rip-off for booking fees from Viagogo(rip-off) I have contacted the Viagogo several times immediately (less than 3 minutes) to indicate that this purchase was made in error. They are refusing to reverse the transaction. After investigation, I found a number of negative reviews about this service provider (Viagogo) I have advised my bank ABSA of this negative experience and that Viagogo should be listed as a non ethical vendor. Any reputable company will be able to refund your money. Viagogo is not reputable, please be aware of Viagogo
